Welcome VinylNut,
There are a couple more of us Georgia Carver fans down here in Savannah. Sometimes I regret selling my old turntable and open reel machine and giving away all my vinyl albums, but I'm liking digital pretty well too. Glad to have you with us!

Welcome Harvenator,
It looks like you've already caught the bug (OCCD)... and you won't find a cure for it here!
BTW, that's a very interesting speaker pic you posted.

Welcome Bob,
Sorry I passed up the chance to do go to CarverFest and meet you. But seeing as how the OCCD has already ruined me, maybe it's better that I didn't actually hear those new tube amps.
Anyhow... it's great to have you on the forum!

Hi Mike,
I remember back in the day (late 70's) I once heard some awesome bass reflex boxes in a place in Atlanta that built PA systems-- each box had two 30" EV woofers wired up to a stack of 600 watt/ch Crown's and some guy was playing a bass guitar thru them for demo... after a short while I had to leave or I would have puked from the infrasonics churning my guts. That much bass energy does strange things to your body
Anyway... Welcome to the forum, Mike!
Glad you found us, Winterluver,
That's a great looking setup you have there. Have you thought about flipping those top speakers upside down? I think there would be some phasing benefits with the tweeters closer together. Nice avatar, BTW

Welcome Ratamahatta,
I haven't yet had the pleasure but hearing a pair of those III's is high on my bucket list. Can't wait to see your 2-channel setup.
