Hello everyone,

 

I found your forum while googling info on refurbishing my hifi gear. I like to tinker and would rather fix somthing old than replace it. Its coming up on 40 years old so it's time for filter caps for sure.

 

I have an M1.0t (inverting) and a C2 preamp I bought back around 1985. I also still have the same speakers (re coned a few times).

 

Any opinions or tips would be welcome, like where to get parts etc. My guess is I'll find plenty of options and info once I dive into the discussions.

Welcome. There is plenty of info that will be available to you shortly on the “how”. As for the parts, Mouser and Digikey are the most common sources.
