Sounds interesting.  How does Loan Me a Dime compare to the Boz Scaggs version with Duane Allman playing slide guitar?

 

 

It sounds very good, Dave Meniketti is very intuitive and smoothly fluid in his playing when need be.

As far as Duane, you can't really compare anyone to his playing but this is probably about as close as anyone will ever get, lots of tone control which translates to a lot of emotion in the music, and his vocals are decent too.

Give it a listen I don't think you will be disappointed, let me know what you think............
