  1. I really like this album. Gary Wright has always been fun. When it first came out it was not like the other stuff I was listening to at the time, yet it is still in my rotation today. Here is something some of you may remember... or not. It was a little out of the mainstream but a great album, if a bit ahead of its time. The Crazy World of Arthur Brown
  2. Welcome! I think you will enjoy it here. There is lots of great information as well as nice folks. You might try sending a PM to @Toy Makeras he is in Florida so likely more familiar with what is available locally for you.
  3. I would say downgrade. They are similar in value but the RT16 sounds a bit smoother to my ears. When I heard the TSi300's I thought they sounded a bit aggressive on the top end.
  4. They are an OK speaker, but for $50 you can't go wrong. They are worth approx. $200 so it would be easy to flip and move up.
  5. I use LunaPic at https://www199.lunapic.com/editor/ It is free and does a whole lot of stuff.
  6. Welcome! There is not a lot of us from New England here.
  7. Little donut shaped stickers are available for helping the center cracks. They are heavy duty and have a very strong adhesive.
  8. Being a modern mono pressing there shouldn't be compatibility issues but you should be aware if you start collecting older original pressings that the RIAA equalization curve has changed many times and even was different from one manufacturer to another prior to the mid 1950's. You may end up needing an adjustable phono pre-amp to achieve optimal compatibility.
  9. I am very fond of Sheffield Labs Direct to Disc recordings. I used them as demos back in the 70's. Here is a link to more info about their history: Sheffield Labs
  10. All four are spoken for now. Enjoy!
  11. If anyone has an interest in the CD version of this album I have 4 on hand and I can send you one.
  12. When looking for a decoder a model 222 or 224 will decode discs as well as offer tape encode/decode. I have seen the 222 sell for under $20
