    There are still 2 cabins available this year Watershed 3 and watershed 5 as well as treehouses. Anybody here thinking of attending? Watershed 5 can accommodate about 12 people and a tree house 3 if you don't mind the couch. So who here is ready to take the plunge? Go ahead and ask Greg (Nahash)his take on Carverfest we are all just audio geeks like yourselves. Remember there is a first time for everything. I urge you to become part of a tradition.

    I used silicone to seal the XLR connector threads and seal the keyway. Also I applied a bead of silicone to the top and bottom plates and allowed it to cure completely before installing them. This is pretty cool as the silicone squeezes out as you tighten the screws but also allows easy removal should you need to open them up. Last I installed and soldered theXLR last as it is easier to install drivers without the end cap floping around

    As far as the 16 ohm resistor goes I drilled 2 more holes in the crossover board and mounted it on the right side under the 2 220 ohm resistors. No way was I happy mounting it over the coil.

    In a triamp situation would it make more sense to use identical amplifiers rather than mix them up? I am planning on building a set of speakers to take to Carverfest this year that will be triamped. I have 3 TFM25's just for this project.

    The bottom end on AL3's is lacking. I use mine with a Sunfire MKII sub and to me this is a match made in heaven.
