I was fortunate enough to be able to schedule a visit to see Bob and Peggy, with several members, last weekend when visiting my family. It blew after you just replaced it? These amps were popular in homes that wanted multi-room audio. I had picked one up locally that was 'for parts'... When I asked what speakers the owner was using he said "Four pairs..." - the load on the amp had to be ~1ohm! The internal fuses blew (shocking, I know) A quick recap - new fuses and relay... perfecto

I have a pair of Heresy III's They sounded great with the 350's ... Sound good with a 500t mkII I really like them for classical and classic rock. Best used with a SUB. There is a pair of Cherry III's for sale in Denver for $1k right now The quality of the wood veneer improved with each model update. Original Heresy were stained plywood. It's all personal taste.

I decided to sign up for another FREE TRIAL of Amazon Music. They have really increased the amount of music that is HD UHD and have added ATMOS. Their interface is much better than it was when I posted in Sept 2019 (above). I am still limited by my source (iPhone 14) and my bluetooth receiver. I am not ready to commit in that I still have not figured out what the hell I am going to use as a streamer. Songs that are available in ATMOS are also available in HD Stereo. The interface allows you to easily swipe back and forth to compare. There was a remarkable improvement in sound on SOME songs. On others, it sounded "gimmicky". I do like the ability to see what quality is being played. If you click on the HD (or UHD - Atmos) an updated information screen is displayed: Swiping from the above screen on Atmos tracks gives you this screen:

It is an amazing trait that they have... I remember my mother would have a trunk full of "returns" at every point in time. Every girlfriend and now my wife. It makes it impossible to track down that "rattle" with a trunk full of sh.t.

Interesting... no subs? It looks like those only go down to 55Hz ? You should buy some complimentary bass cabinets! I had a pair of passive EV SB122 that were magical and compact.
