    I was the host drummer in a Jam (open mic) at a local for a few years and there was an ongoing joke... "How many women does it take to sing Tracy Chapman's - Give me one reason?" "All of them apparently!" I heard it so often that I still throw up in my mouth when I hear it and twist my back changing the radio station.

    Beautiful system, and a great idea for a thread! I primarily listen to stored digital files so I can't wait to see your recommendations.

    I do love my sub and use it all the time, but I find it difficult to blend properly... I'll get it where I like it for one song and then it sounds too boomy for the next. I usually keep the tone controls off on my C-1. I'm thinking of trying room correction software (without a DSP for the time being) to definitively find the right crossover points.

    What amp will you be rocking them with? What type of music do you prefer? What types of speakers do you prefer or have you not heard yet? (horn, ribbon, electrostatic, sealed, ported, dipole, Ohm Walsh) Room size, shape and materials? I'm hoping that the answers will help with your quest... I haven't heard enough different kinds to be of any help. lol Where's DaddyJt when you need him? lol
