From Wikipedia: The band is named after guitarist Hoopes' automobile, a Plymouth Reliant K car,[2] with the spelling intentionally altered to avoid trademark infringement over the Reliant name.[3][4] And the irony- I remember when Iaccoca foisted them off on us, and they were anything *but* reliable!

dcl 3,276 Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 For one dollar this LP is in good condition. Music of the Renaissance is the feature with JA on guitar, lute & some electric guitar. Tim Bogart & Carmine Appice are also on hand for some tracks but the music does not veer into the bombastic. It is not Focus-like. Turns out he was thinking of the music of John Dowland before Sting's recording the acclaimed Elizabethan songwriter on Songs From The Labyrinth.
