  3. Personaly I like # 20-Mounting threshold and # 14-Extended responce the best, but at my age and the meds I take I guess I will have to settle for #10-Insertion loss
  4. Welcome Ralphies. Kick back, stay awhile and enjoy!
  5. CRY Jonny Ray and the Four Lads
  6. What ever sounds the best to you I would think. The rears are not as critical to being balanced as the fronts and center. I use a pair of Dipoles, as my sofa is against the wall, after trying many other configurations. It just sounds more natural to my environment. So let your ears guide you
  7. Have not heard those yet but I do love the fat mids (tube sound) of these. and they can be had for less than 1K

  19. Not having a corner was something Bob considered when he built the Sunfire True Subwoofer Architectural series. Have you considered one of those? I am very happy with mine and with some shopping I picked it up on the cheap. Sorry I have no experience with the Earthquake Subs
  20. Quality Records has a new version of this also. I have been looking for a Blank Vinyl or a One sided record to accurately set my "skate"
  21. Electric Ladyland (2 Vinyl) It is pressed by Quality Records and mixed by Eddie Kramier. This is the second LP I have bought that was pressed by Quality AKA Analog Sounds and I must say I am impressed! I can't speak for their CD and SCAD offerings but both of the LP's I have bought in the last month have been just outstanding! Small company and VERY Quality orientated it would seem. Both of the last two Albums I bought came all 180Gr LP's were sleeved in a MF envelope with their logo. Here is a link to their website. with a video of their process.
