No, I do not. There are some very nice looking solid oak stands on ebay for $100. I may pick them up at some time in the future unless something else comes along. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-Made-Heavy-Duty-Speaker-Stands-Made-SOLID-OAK-Wood/174399526792

Well, I finally got Rod's custom crossovers installed, and I am well pleased. He did a great job. These speakers will probably bump my 40+ year old ESS's out of my bedroom. The ESS's will end up in a garage system, either here or at my grandson's. Now to tackle the Platinum's... I saw some Oak Platinum bodies on ebay for $300, but they're in a Los Angeles suburb, pickup only. While I wouldn't mind another trip to the coast, it might be a challenge to haul them back on my bike. Oh, lest I forget. A huge public merci beaucoup to Rod. You're the dude, man!

The Jazzcats, Come Fly With Me was released on June 26, 2020. "THE JAZZCATS take you back to the time when the Savoy Ballroom was at its peak with dance, laughter, and people toasting into the wee hours. Some of Sweden’s foremost young jazz musicians have come together in one band to carry on the tradition of jazz." You can read the rest of the review here...

Hello Crisp, and welcome to thecarversite.com. We're glad you're hear. There is a lot of information here, much technical know how, and a pretty good bunch of folks that are happy to help. I have four untouched M1.0t's. Two of them still work, and two of them do not. All four are in the queue to get repaired/modified to mkII opt002 status with the non-working pair going first. As far as your amp goes, it is definitely due for being refreshed at the least. 30 year old amps are eligible for Social Security & Medicare. We have several competent techs here that can handle the updates or upgrades should you choose to do so. I can't answer that as I've never used an iPhone for net access. The only iPhone I've had was a III. I replaced it with a Samsung Galaxy, and I've never looked back.

Flak or no, if they sound good to you, that's all that matters. I've said several times that if 2 cans and a string sound good to someone, they're thousands of dollars ahead of me. -
Milégé, Afwoyo was released on June 12, 2020. "Milégé is a group of young talented musicians who derive inspiration from the diverse cultural musical traditions of the different tribes of Uganda, which they fuse with contemporary elements. The group writes: “We derive our name Milégé from the ankle rattle, a bell worn round the ankle to create rhythmic sounds that compliment dance performances." This instrumentals of the remind me of Sade's backup musicians, and the lead singer sings with the same style as Sade, very smooth, very controlled. This is African jazz, African rhythms, and very enjoyable for these old ears. I hope you like it too.

That would be now.

With that list of gear, you've probably earned it.

I didn't know that. That will make it easier to turn it off.

It's not just you. I've been considering it for some time. The thing that's kept me sending them $12 a month is Ozark, and that I have limited storage space for owning more media. I am rapidly filling up with albums, and I'll soon need to rent storage somewhere for the albums I've collected and some of my far too long unused ski gear.

That's what I do every time.

John Scofield, Swallow Tales was released on June 20, 2020. "On Swallow Tales, guitar giant John Scofield returns to the trio format, interpreting nine beautiful ‘songs’ from longtime bassist friend Steve Swallow, who pairs up here with drummer Bill Stewart to ensure a consistently swinging rhythmic foundation. Knowing one another very well, the old dynamics still pack a punch in what is Scofield’s first record as a leader on the ECM label." You can read the rest of the review here...
