Hi Folks! Happy to be onboard. Thought I would sign up for manuals and other docs... decided to stay for the conversation(s). Current owner of: HR742 (Currently shelved due to poor solder in output stage.) CT-3 Preamp/Tuner and just acquired a TFM 6-c amplifier. Love the Sonic Holography soundstage. Viva Two-channel audio! Cheers! Tux4 points

M200t modded with: Non-inductive resistors, caps Elna Silmic II + Nichicon, PSU caps double capacity, updated rectifiers, new RCA's + screw speaker connectors, cables PTFE copper/silver , resolder tracks/components with 2% Ag solder, new power socket. After this update the clip indicator nearly NEVER light up when pushed the max.....;-)3 points

I don't have any of their vinyl recordings, and I think there are only 3. The one you mentioned, Tricycle, and Tunnel. The DMP recordings are superb, and almost all of Flim & The BB's catalog is on the DMP label. Here's a link to where you can shop for Tricycle and Tunnel on vinyl: https://www.discogs.com/artist/566120-Flim-The-BBs?searchParam=flim+%26+the+bb's&format=Vinyl1 point

Thanks Charlie. I pulled up my (for now) favorite Pink Floyd album, The Division Bell.1 point

Master of Puppets just streamed through on Spotify. I get funny looks from my coworkers when headbanging in the office. 😁1 point

Welcome to the "Carver Owners on Crack" group -- ha! I owned my first C-1 and a single M500t back in 1987. Then I did a stupid thing and sold it off to go home theater after getting married. I have since come back around, this time for another C-1, and a pair of M500t fully restored by Nelion, and a TX-11a Tuner. Completely satisfied once again. There is lots of of cool audio out there, but its hard to convince me to chase anything else! Glad to have you in the group!1 point

Hello Carsten and welcome to thecarversite.com. Glad you found us. Congrats on the hotrod M200t, and best of luck with the PT2400. Once you get to Novice status, we'd all love to see pics in the Members Systems forum. If you're one to document your work with the PT-2400, consider starting a thread in the Carver Pro Amps forum.1 point
