Most listeners who have vintage Carver/Sunfire gear do not have a clean path to integrating streaming into their systems. Vinyl and CDs are most prevalent. Digital (and Streaming) causes all sorts of debates on compression algorithms and delivery methods and what one can/cannot hear in the digital world. I have my CDs in iTunes in ALAC and share iTunes libraries on the home network.

If you feel like building an enclosure for a sub, Kve777 (Kevin) may have some subwoofers (drivers).

My suggestion - hang on to the NAD, buy one sub, listen to it. Decide if you need a second sub. If you do not need a second sub, consider a BillD C1 for audition, before you get the Euro C1 and spend on a BillD.

TX8 and TX8r (Remote version of TX8) are black-face, while TX2 and TX11(a) are Anthracite. TX2 closely matches a C2, while a TX-11(a) matches a C-1 more closely. Consider a TX-11, if you do not need AM.
